This program is designed for women ONLY.

In today’s society, women find themselves in an environment where sinful individuals do not think twice about taking advantage of an easy prey. Women have been and will continue to be victims of social and criminal injustices like sexual harassment and sexual assault.

This program is specifically designed to educate females in the principles and strategies for effectively reducing sexual harassment or the likelihood of a physical assault. These principles are taught in an easy to learn manner and can be used by just about anyone who is interested in personal safety.
